Team Building at November Stepping~Stones

Posted Nov 22, 07:04 PM

At our November Meetings the Stepping~Stones 4th and 5th Graders learned what it takes to be part of a team and how to build a strong team that can work together to accomplish important things based on the scripture story of the “Paralytic Man” Mark 2:1-12.

We made our own version of Gingerbread Homes called Holy Land Homes. The kids were very creative in making homes of graham crackers and cereal trimmings to showcase homes as they were in the time of Jesus. Check out the photo’s on St. Pat’s website. VERY COOL!

By special request, our service project in November had the kids making Irish Penal Rosaries for the Ministry of Care at St. Pat’s. Thank you to our KIDS for putting a smile on the faces of our neighbors who are home bound, in local hospitals and in nursing homes. You have really brightened their day.

If you missed us in November we are looking forward to seeing all of our 4th and 5th graders as we party together on ~ Friday, December 3rd from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

We will be Live from Bethlehem with some Miracles on 84th Street.
