Great First weekend for the Water Hydration Drive!

A big THANK YOU to all who generously donated water and cash this weekend! We are off to a great start for our annual water drive. (see photos at bottom) We want to be the #1 donor in Scottsdale – and we can’t do it without your support!

The Phoenix area averages 110 days each year of temperatures above 100 degrees, which takes a toll on the people who are on the streets. Help us prevent heat related deaths! We will be collecting cases of water (prefer 24 or 36 packs) during the month of July and August to be distributed to the 70+ water hydration centers throughout the valley. Hydration centers include organizations like Salvation Army, Senior Centers, Lodestar Day Resource Center, Paz de Cristo, CASS, Maricopa Healthcare for the Homeless, Phoenix Rescue Mission and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Last year, we were the “second” largest donor in Scottsdale, collecting over 29,000 bottles of water. This year, our goal is to be #1! We need your help to collect over 39,000 bottles of water.

Curbside drop-off available before Mass on Saturday or Sunday (curbside) or bring to the Parish Administration office during the week. We need help receiving water donations after Mass through August.
