Circles of Hope

The Circles of Hope have celebrated their one year anniversary. Tracey, whom was helped here at St. Patrick, was at the celebration. She is now in college and her life has been transformed.

St. Patrick’s was in on the breaking ground of Circles of Hope and was a large part of Catholic Charities receiving the Family Strengthening Award.
