Annulment Ministry
The parish offers support and direction for those seeking an annulment of their marriage. Every Catholic and every person who has been married and divorced, have the right to petition for an annulment. An appointment may be made with the pastor to discuss your situation or an appointment may be made with one of our trained lay ministers who can begin your process.

Cancer Support Group
This ministry assists cancer patients, their families, and friends. Members intervene during this difficult time to advance spiritual growth.
- Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.

Bereavement Ministry
The parish offers supports to people who have lost a loved one. We never want anyone to feel they are alone. This ministry assists parishioners who are grieving over loss.

Employment Support Ministry
This ministry is a member-driven organization providing support, resources and connections for successful employment transition. It is a volunteer program run by members, with career management expertise generously donated by business professionals. This ministry provides the means and opportunities to meet and work with people who support each other during employment transition for mutual gain, support and success.
- Membership is open to all in need of employment transition support
- Attendance is required at one meeting or workshop to become a member

Ministry of Care
Eucharistic Ministers visit, pray, and take the Eucharist to members of the community who are unable to attend Mass. The ministry serves those in Scottsdale Healthcare Shea, Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak, nursing homes and the homebound.
- Time Commitment is once monthly.
- A mentor minister will accompany new ministers until they feel comfortable on their own.

Senior Life
Seniors connect with each other in an environment that promotes personal and spiritual development. Members of this ministry assess their needs and plan their activities and programs.
Another aspect of this ministry involves a caregivers support group. This group meets on two scheduled dates:

The Caring Place
The Caring Place is a faith-based partnership offering physical, social, emotional and spiritual support in a caring and healing environment to all seniors, adults with disabilities and their caregivers. Initiated by St. Patrick and Blessed Sacrament parishes and the Foundation for Senior Living, the Caring Place offers:
- Individual, couple and group counseling
- Resources and referral
- Care management
- Personal and health care services

WOW: Widows or Widowers
This ministry shares a common bond of widowhood to provide fellowship and companionship. Members strive to accept God’s plan for their lives while expanding their horizons.
